Brooklyn Bridge & Brooklyn Bridge Park
For a long time the Brooklyn Bridge was the sole connection between Brooklyn and Manhattan. While walking over the bridge you will be impressed by a stunning view on the Skyline of Manhattan. This sight is also the reason why the Brooklyn Bridge Park is so unique. A relaxing walk trough the park and a souvenir photo are a total must!
Flight over the city
A sightseeing helicopter flight over the city of dreams is a lifetime opportunity. This way to discover New York receives our unfettered and absolute recommendation. Regardless if in the daytime or by night – You will never forget this experience.
Grand Central Station
The Grand Central station is one of the most beautiful train stations in the world and a must-see for every New York Tourist. Besides the breath taking main hall, where many famous movie scenes are filmed you should also make sure to check out the Dining Concourse with the Foodmarket. There can also be found the Oyster Bar, which offers delicious Raw Bar specialities. Try one Oyster or another fish dish- it’s one of the best places to eat seafood in New York!
Top of the Rock
One of the most stunning views over the city is found on the viewing platform of the Rockefeller Center. The platform is also a good starting point for your sightseeing tour and allows you to get a first impression and overview of Manhattan. ’Top of the Rock’ is not as crowded as the Empire State Building and makes it possible to enjoy a perfect view on the Empire State Building. Don’t miss to take one of the popular souvenir photos with the famous landmark of New York City in the background. Also, this time of the year you will find the famous ice rink and from the beginning of December the huge Christmas Tree when you’re back on the ground. It’s magical!
During your trip to New York it is a absolute must that you schedule some time for shopping in SoHo. SoHo is located between the Houston Street, Canals Street, Sixth Avenue and the Lafayette Street. That is also where the name SoHo comes from, which is short for „South of Houston“. At every street corner stores line up to the next in a every pleasant mix of famous brands and smaller labels. The beautiful buildings and cobbeld streets in SoHo only add to the already magnificent atmosphere.
Central Parc & Ice Skating
The Central Parc is a huge park right in the heart of Manhattan, which extends from the 59th to the 110th Street. With the Wollman Rink you’ll find one of the – if not- the most beautiful Ice rinks in the world in the eastern part of the Central Park. Be prepared for amazing moments while ice skating.
The High Line is a 2,33 km long train path, which is not used anymore and has therefore been transformed into a park. By now the High Line has totally transformed the quarters Meatpacking District, Chelsea and Hell’s Kitchen, which are located around it. Haute-Couture-Stores, galleries and expensive restaurants characterize the meticulously renovated streets. Across the High Line a investor build “The Standard”, which currently counts as one of the hippest Hotels of the Big Apple.
